Our Client Terms & Conditions

Quoted at time of booking
Time and a half applies before 8.30am and after 5.30pm weekdays (includes 1 hour for lunch)
Saturdays- time and a half
Sundays- double time
Public holidays- double time
Underwear- double time

1 hour (overtime will be charged at 15 minute increments)

Negotiated at time of booking.
Fittings- half hourly rate (2 or more garments are considered a fitting).

To be charged at the award rate per KM (exceeding 15km outside GPO) to and from location or as negotiated prior to booking.

Quoted at time of booking depending on job description. 
3 hours minimum for all promotional jobs.

A four hour minimum booking requirement.
Talent are required to have a 10 minute break after each 20 minute session in character suit.

24 hours notice must be given otherwise a full fee will be incurred. 
Holds on all talent should be confirmed one day prior to booking.

First cancellation- No fee
Second cancellation- Half fee
Third cancellation- Full fee
Full cancellation applies if talent is not rebooked.

(a) Call may be postponed to a definite date without payment if 3 days notice is given
(b) Where film/ TV Series/ TVC's are compromised by weather conditions the standard MEAA postponement rates will apply.

Product packages, posters, swing tags, billboards and any other POS material carry an additions fee which is negotiated at the time of booking.

If a client does not exercise the option to release or confirm a provisional booking, the agency has the right to cancel the booking, allowing other secondary or definite bookings to take procedure.

A booking confirmation released from Azure Management must be signed and returned before talent commence work- this can be superseded by a production/ casting house deal memo.

Clients are responsible for all meals where applicable.

Negotiated at the time of booking.

All photographs may only be used for the purpose in which they were intended at the time of the booking. Further usage will incur a loading.

Television commercials and stills are to be negotiated at the time of booking- period of usage should be clearly stated on deal memo prior to the booking commencing. 
Prior to any further usage/ loadings/ rollovers a negotiated fee will apply.
A contract for all TV commercials must be completed by the client and talent/ agent prior to the commencement of the booking.

10% agency fee applies to all invoices upon quoting client.

Please note a 10% GST wilL only be applied to the agency fee for all invoices.

STRICTLY 14 DAYS- Your adherence to our terms will ensure that talent receive their wages promptly.
Unless client terms stipulated at the time of booking.
